Reserving a Table in Spanish: Lesson Guide

A great dining experience starts with a successful reservation. In this roleplay, you will learn how to call a restaurant, state your party size, and book a table in Spanish.

Language & Cultural Tips

To sound polite when requesting something, use "quisiera" (I would like) instead of "quiero". When asked for the number of people, native speakers usually say "Somos cuatro" (We are four). Keep in mind that in Spain, dinner is typically served quite late, often starting around 9:00 PM!
