Adjectives in German can be tricky: they change their endings depending on their position in the sentence.
Predicate Adjectives: If the adjective comes *after* the verb "sein" (to be), it does NOT change. Example: Das Haus ist groß.
Attributive Adjectives: If the adjective comes *before* a noun, it needs a specific ending depending on the noun's gender and case. Example: Das große Haus.
